1、无论疼痛和损伤有没有发生,首先要注意的是保护关节,加上炒菜时还会动到腰部肌肉和腿部关节,准备好护肘和护腕的乃至于护膝和护腰防护用品。最好选择中间开孔、上下横置拉力带的那种,有助于减少关节直接不必要的旋转,减缓冲击力。
