处暑之后早晚温差加大,是肠胃病的高发时节,宜多食用清热安神的食物,如银耳、百合、莲子、海带、芹菜、菠菜,多吃梨、冰糖、鸭子等滋阴润燥食物,少吃或不吃辛辣煎炸食物以免加重秋燥。
