花旗参的5种吃法   5 ways to eat American Ginseng

1、含化法 Chewing

将花旗参放在砂锅内用水蒸一下,使其软化,再切成薄片,放在干净的小玻璃瓶内或小磁瓶内,每日早饭前和晚饭后各含服2~4片,细细咀嚼咽下。

Steam American Ginseng in a clay pot to soften it, cut into thin slices and store in a bottle or container. Take 2 to 4 slices daily before breakfast and after dinner. Chew well and swallow.

 

2、冲服法 Tea mix

将花旗参用小火拱干,研成细粉,每次取5克置杯中,加入少量蜂蜜,用开水冲入,加盖后5分钟,可分数次服用,以空腹饮用为佳。

Dried American Ginseng over low heat, grind it into fine powder. For each serving, put 5 grams into the cup, add a small amount of honey, and pour boiling water, soak, stir, and drink. Best to drink with empty stomach.

 

3、配枣法 Ginseng & Jujube Soup

取花旗参20克,大枣5枚,加水适量,隔水炖成参枣汤,每天早晨空腹和晚上临睡前服用。

Take 20 grams of American Ginseng, 5 jujubes/dried plums, simmer with an appropriate amount of water to make Ginseng Jujube Soup. Take it every morning with an empty stomach and before going to bed at night.

 

4、蒸着吃 Steam

花旗参研磨成粉,取5克,加一个鸡蛋,蒸熟后服用。

Grind American Ginseng into powder, take 5 grams and mix with an egg, steamed and enjoy.

 

5、做汤吃Ginseng Soup

花旗参片还可以与其他食物搭配出各色养身汤,比如花旗参蜂蜜汤, 花旗参莲子汤, 花旗参枸杞当归汤等。
