1、干海参浸泡时水不够凉,水温高会促进海参蜕皮,是自溶的开始。建议0-5℃。冬季开始了,泡发海参的“懒人”参友,可能又开始放在室温泡发海参了,这是不可以的哦,这样会出现掉皮掉渣的现象。而且泡发海参一定要注意温度,放在冰箱保鲜层是你最好的选择。
