最近有粉丝朋友来反映说自己炖燕窝,用的木瓜,炖着炖着燕窝就化水了,问是怎么回事?
小德就此事查阅了资料。因为木瓜里含有一种蛋白酶,会分解燕窝中的蛋白质,所以燕窝和木瓜一起炖,很容易化水,猕猴桃、菠萝里也含有蛋白酶,所以不推荐把燕窝和这些水果一起炖。

油腻、辛辣的食物:有窝友喜欢用鸡汤、骨头汤、鲫鱼汤等来炖燕窝,最好在炖前先把汤上的浮油撇干净,《随园食单》中曾经说过这么一句话:“此物至清,不可以油腻杂之;此物至文,不可以武物串之”鲫鱼汤炖燕窝虽然下奶,但是切记炖煮要“以柔配柔,以清配清”,不可放太多油哈~

燕窝润肺,古代医生讲燕窝养肺的原理的时候说:“(燕窝)入肺生气,入肾滋水,入胃补中”,燕窝补肺气的效果很好,因此对于治疗虚劳咳嗽非常有效果,同时,肺主皮毛,人体通过肺气的宣发和肃降,使气血津液布散全身,女孩子肺气不足的话,皮肤就会很差,进补燕窝有利于补足肺气,养护皮肤。但是生活中有些小食材虽然也有小小保健作用(比如降肺热、理气等等),但是却又削减肺气的作用,和燕窝一起食用的话,对于想补足肺气的姑娘来说,不是太适合哦

荸荠:又称马蹄,之前在推荐给宝宝吃的食谱里有一款是马蹄炖燕窝,马蹄可以清热生津,对肺热引起的咳嗽有很好的缓解作用,同时还可以滋养胃阴,但是马蹄消积食破气,不适合肺气本来就不足的人;

燕窝有一定的养阴调经的作用,例假不调的女性吃燕窝可以帮助调养身体,但是例假不调分很多种,之前网上曾经流传一个“益母草红糖鸡蛋”的方子,说是吃了可以缓解痛经的,这里提醒下,益母草是属于温经通脉破血散瘀的,简单点说,就是益母草可以帮助淤血排除体外,但是这个对于阴虚血少的妹子有点不适合,本来就贫血,还喝益母草,只会少上加少,不知道有没有妹子又吃燕窝又吃益母草调经的,在此多说一句,还是先查清楚例假不调的原因,再对症保健比较有效哦。
