1.利水渗湿之最——茯苓 Tuckahoe, the best of removing dampness and promoting urination.

丹参味苦,性微寒,无毒。根入药,有活血化瘀、调经等功效。清代《本草便读》中记载:丹参,功同四物,能祛瘀以生新,善疗风而散结,性平和而走血……味甘苦以调经,不过专通营分。

丹参虽有参名,但补血之力不足,活血之力有余,为调理血分之首药。所以,丹参是中医遣方用药中活血化瘀的常用药,尤其针对胸闷胸痛问题,可有效缓解胸部血淤问题。

贝母,形似聚贝子,始载于《神农本草经》,传统中医认为贝母作用于心肺二经,有清热散结、化痰止咳的功效,是大众所青睐的中药。

Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner believes that Chuan Bei Mu acts on the second meridian of the heart and lungs and has the effects of clearing heat, resolving phlegm, and relieving cough. 贝母蒸梨是大家熟知的一款膳食,一般是先将贝母浸泡至手捏上去有些软,梨不削皮,将梨从中间切成两半,剜去核,将贝母放入梨中,再将梨合上用绳子捆绑固定,一般蒸半小时即可。贝母较硬,建议提前浸泡,不宜用长时间蒸煮的办法,否则会让贝母的药性减弱。
