秋分养生:防秋凉、防秋乏、防秋燥

秋分是一年四季中最重要的四个节气(春分、夏至、秋分、冬至)之一。它是“阳消阴长”的过渡阶段,健身、饮食、起居等都有其规律。秋分过后维持身体的阴阳平衡成为养生重点。
